Booking conditions :

1. The house provides accommodation. Customers are responsible for their own valuables. If items are lost in the room or in the house, the house will not be responsible.
2. The accommodation provides parking space and is not responsible for your vehicle and its contents.
3. Customers are prohibited from performing any acts that are against the law, ethics, or traditions, such as drugs, gambling, prostitution, etc.
4. Please keep the building and rooms clean. In case of damage or loss of the property of the house, compensation must be paid according to the price of that property. If damaged property is found before check-in, please take a photo as evidence and notify us immediately.
5. Check in from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM on the day of stay and check out no later than 11:00 AM the next day.
6. In the case that customers book for 10 days or more, we request to clean every 5 days with a service fee of 3,000 baht per time.
7. In the event that a customer has booked a room and paid for the service, if the cancellation is made at least 5 days before check-in, the guest will receive a full refund.
